Located within walking distance from Schönhausen Palace and its sprawling gardens and yet right in the beating heart of Berlin is THE BLANKENBURGER, which has received final approval. Three multi-family buildings with 42 residential units in all were planned for the owner on an undeveloped plot of land.

Various apartment types, including spacious one- to four-room apartments, were included in the plans to ensure that the needs of singles, couples and families were all taken into account.
