Krailling, in the Upper Bavarian district of Starnberg.

The LUITPOLD, under construction, is a complex of three residential buildings
comprising 13 spacious rental homes and one retail space in one of the most sought-
after parts of the Wuermtal river valley. Spacious floor plans, high-end finishes and
large wood-framed windows create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Each apartment
has a modern kitchen, stylish baths and a private balcony or patio.
Working on the owner’s behalf, LUCOL Immobilien GmbH handled the extensive
process of planning, approval and construction support. The project is slated for
completion in the summer of 2025. We will also be managing it on a long-term basis.
